I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get stuck in my head when something new comes along that doesn’t sit well with me; I start overthinking things and before long I have convinced myself I don’t like whatever it is and I am not getting the results I expected!
One thing we know for sure is that change is constant – whether we are ready for it or not…and even though it can be scary, I suppose once I get through the resistance and reap the rewards, I tell myself it really was not that bad after all!
The great thing about change is…it is going to happen whether we like it or not, so we can either be like water and flow with it or fight the uphill battle and swim upstream!
Change is part of life’s journey and it gives us the opportunity to take advantage of progress by embracing something new, or…if you sit around waiting for it to pass, you will simply get left behind!
