I was days away from celebrating a milestone birthday, when I finally hit rock bottom; it was hard for me to admit, but I was broken! After spending hours on Google looking for a solution, but after coming up short, I decided to fix it the only way I knew how – book myself into an all-inclusive live-in spa for 7-day journey of self-care and self-love to reconnect with whatever was left of me.
